How Orion Works
Harmonic Excitation & Saturation
Three saturation stages — Drive, Harmonics, and Lift — add depth and energy to drums. Each stage targets a different harmonic range, so you can warm up the low-end, add presence to the mids, or brighten the top without a separate EQ move.
Harmonic EQ
Frequency-specific control that targets the tonal balance of the drum bus without introducing harshness. Works well for pulling out specific resonances or pushing the kick body forward without affecting the snare.
Parallel Processing
Built-in parallel path lets you add sub-bass weight or transient attack blended against the dry signal. Keeps the natural dynamics of the performance intact while adding controlled power underneath.
